*PERCY LOST* 🐑
*Part 1️⃣*
I lived with my family on the farm, amongst my siblings, I was the slowest, dullest, stubborn, and the one who wanders away too quickly.
There was never a day I didn't question my shepherd's love for me because I brought nothing but shame to the family.
One day, our shepherd took us all to go eat as usual and guess what I wandered off as usual. He searched me out and brought me back.
But few mins after, I saw another greener pasture from afar off.
"I'll just go and come back quickly". I said to myself as I left the others.
As soon as I got the the so-called green pasture, I saw another one, then another until I wandered away from the flock and got lost in the woods.
I wandered for hours, through thickets and brambles trying to find my way home but rather, I was getting dirtier and dirtier till my wool changed to brown.
I saw another family (A shepherd and His flock) all grazing deep in the woods.
I quickly ran towards them thinking I'd found a home, but as soon as I approached them, I was kicked out. Would you blame them? They were all neat unlike the filthy me.
I kept wandering deep into the forest for days. I was starving. I was tired, my legs were aching, I was shivering.
Even if anyone was going to find me, I would be long dead before I was found
I lost hope, If a miracle existed, this is the best time to experience it.
I laid down there... Gasping for breath, I thought about the beautiful memories of my home. I thought about the others. I thought about my shepherd and wished he'd come look for me, but would he? I was the unserious, stubborn and reckless one. He had no reason to come find me, moreover, I'm too lost to be found.
But just then,
I heard footsteps... That must the a predator if not? Who else would be inside this deep forest....
I closed my eyes, anticipating for the worst as the footsteps drew closer... And closer... And closer........
